Join us as an exhibitor at the Small Business Resource Fair and connect with entrepreneurs seeking practical guidance and trusted support. This event is designed to provide both new and established businesses with access to the essential resources, education, and insights they need to grow and thrive. Participating exhibitors should expect to engage as educators, advisors, and community partners by offering information, answering questions, and helping attendees understand available programs that can help them succeed.

Exhibitor Expectation and Guidlines:

The Small Business Resource Fair is intentionally designed as an educational and support-focused event, not a sales or marketing expo. Exhibitors play a critical role in ensuring attendees receive meaningful, practical guidance they can apply to their businesses.

Role of Exhibitors

Exhibitors are expected to participate as resources, educators, and community partners.

Your role is to help small business owners:

  • Understand processes, requirements, and best practices
  • Identify common challenges and solutions within your area of expertise
  • Learn when and why a particular resource may be helpful
  • Leave with greater clarity and confidence—not a sales pitch

What Exhibitors Are Expected to Do

  • Provide general guidance, education, and informational support
  • Share tools, checklists, guides, or educational materials
  • Explain systems, programs, or resources available to small businesses
  • Engage in conversations that are helpful, neutral, and informative

 Exhibitor Selection

Due to limited space, exhibitor participation is curated. Selection is based on:

  • Alignment with the educational purpose of the fair
  • Relevance to both start-ups and established businesses
  • Ability to provide unbiased, practical information

What's Provided to Exhibitors

  • Coffee and a light breakfast

  • One 8-Foot table
  • Two Chairs
  • One black tablecloth. You are welcome to provide your own tablecloth, but please note that standard tablecloths may not fit the 8-foot tables if they are fitted or cut for 6-foot tables. 
  • Electricity at table (if needed)
  • Wi-Fi 
  • Lunch ticket to attend the Seguin Area Chamber of Commerce's Quarterly Luncheon for those who RSVP

Seguin Area Chamber of Commerce Luncheon (RSVP required)

Please note, the Seguin Area Chamber of Commerce's quarterly luncheon will immediately follow the resource fair event. Exhibitors are welcome to attend the luncheon at no cost, but MUST RSVP their intent to attend. We will provide luncheon tickets to all those that RSVP for the luncheon.
