Frequently Asked Questions:

How many students will be participating from each school district?

Answer: 20 students per tour. Collectively, each company will see 60 students throughout the day.

What is the time commitment?

Answer: Tours will start at 9:30 AM. Each tour will be for one hour. The second tour of the day will stay for an extra 30 minutes to eat lunch at the facility following their one hour tour. The day will end at 2:00 PM.

What are the company requirements?

Answer: Each company is required to give a presentation and tour to each group of students. The hosting company is free to be as creative as they would like. We do ask that you provide lunch to the second tour of the day as the students will not be able to travel back to campus to each lunch.

Is there any additional information that we should know?

Answer: Each year we kindly ask if each company is able to commit to sponsoring t-shirts in the amount of $200 so that our students are able to commemorate the day. Each company that sponsors will have their logo printed on the back side of the t-shirt.
